Yak!
One day my friend Ro mentioned that I should paint a yak, and of course, since then I haven't been able to think of anything else. So here he is, a lovely Himalayan yak. For me, he conjures up the beauty of the Himalayas, the mystery of yak butter tea, cozy shawls, and my daughter riding on a yak at age five. Good times.
