Loneliness is important. This parenting gig is a tough one even with two sets of hands and hearts and heads. Doing it on your own not easy (and I only have 2…thats HALF what you have…oh and I am in my own home country without dramas about water and power and all that). You rock. Hang in there. Find someone to give you a hand or a break even if its only 5 mins in the shower of half an hour to go for a walk by yourself or to share a hot cup of tea in the sunshine together and talk about nothing/everything
